HB-ZQQ – WORLD ROTORS update

Thanks to Roland BUSSER for these great images of the AgustaWestland A109S Grand HB-ZQQ operated by Karen SA while approaching landing area at Samedan (GR), December 2019. This helicopter was previously operated in Italy as I-FACM, from 2007 till 2019, and still wearing the original “Ferrari” color scheme.

HB-XWD – Helicopter History

Here two images of the Agusta A109K2 HB-XWD operated by Rega from Locarno Magadino (TI) base during July 2003. The helicopter was retired from service in Switzerland few years later, replaced by the newer A109SP, and, in April 2010, sold to Air Transport Europe in Slovakia, where she is still flying as OM-ATJ.

ZK-ITR – Heli WALLPAPERS

Thanks to Oscar BERNARDI for this image of the Agusta A109E Power ZK-ITR operated by Taranaki Rescue Helicopter Trust from New Plymouth base. This A109E was previously operated in Italy for several years as I-PAXE from Elilombarda, Helops and Freeair.

Agusta A109A ( c/n 7139 ) I-CAMA

Thanks to Piero ALBISINO for this image of the Agusta A109A I-CAMA operated by Camasud … taking off from Venegono (VA), July 1983. This helicopter flew in Italy for very few years, from 1982 till 1985 … when was cancelled towards Sweden as SE-HGM and, later on, to Germany as D-HMOD.

Another image from the past … Agusta A109C I-SEIL operated by Helitalia on behalf of 118 Ravenna Soccorso – Regione Emilia Romagna, resting at Firenze Peretola, October 1995. This helicopter flew in Italy from 1992 till 1996 and afterward was exported to Malaysia as 9M-PBH.

Back in the Italian Register after a few years, this Agusta A109AII is now registered I-MMLL and operated by Eurotech Srl. This helicopter was previously flying as I-SEIA, from 1987 till 2012, when she was cancelled towards Spain as EC-LQG, and later to Malta as 9H-GFF.
