Another old image scanned from my personal archives. Here we have the Agusta A109C I-CRBN operated by Elilario on behalf of HEMS 118 Regione Piemonte. This helicopters was on duty at Novara Hospital during the month of February 1995. I-CRBN was registered in July 1990 and cancelled during November 1996 as I-CRBM.

I-PCLE – Helicopter History

Other new images are now available, as part of the historical area of the website, related to the Agusta A109A I-PCLE operated from Elilario on behalf of Elisoccorso Novara – Regione Piemonte … these images show the helicopter resting at Novara Ospedale Maggiore Helipad in July 1994 and August 1995. I-PCLE was the first Elilario’s Agusta A109A that was registered in April 1980 and flew continously until July 2005, when was cancelled towards Equatorial Guinea as 3C-EGS.

HELI HISTORY
Agusta-Bell AB412 ( c/n 25503 ) I-MGPE

The Agusta-Bell AB412 I-MGPE operated by Elilario was flying on behalf of Regione Lombardia – Pubbliche Assistenze – USL 75-9 from Milano Ospedale Niguarda Helipad [pictured here on May 1987] … this helicopter was later leased to Swedish Armed Forces as 11339 and used for HEMS purposes, and, afterward, cancelled towards Spain as EC-GBE. Unfortunately crashed on date 14 November 2004 while operating HEMS for Helisureste, just after lift off in Seville area.

Agusta-Bell AB206B Jet Ranger III Elilario I-ELEP … wearing the latest Elilario paint scheme at Lario Helicopter Service hangar in Colico (LC), May 1994. Being de-registerd from the Italian Helicopter Register at the end of 1994, this Jet Ranger few for years in France and than Greece … but is now starting a new adventure in Guernsey as 2-PDPD.

Good-Bye BK117 …

The MBB/Kawasaki BK117 (later Eurocopter BK117) helicopter type was in service in Italy since 1989 flying with several operators such as Elilombarda, Aeroveneta, Croce Alata, Avioriprese Jet Executive, Elilario, Alidaunia, Helitalia and Inaer Aviation Italia … but, after 28 years since the first one was registered, the last airworthy BK117 (I-DENI) was cancelled from the Italian Register on date 13 March 2017, heading north back to Airbus factory in Germany.
