Thanks to Dario COCCO for this beautiful image of the factory new Agusta A109C 3A-MSG operated on behalf of Monacair …  resting at Milan Malpensa, May 1991. This helicopter flew with several different owners and registrations: 3A-MSG, VR-CEC, VR-CHJ[2], VP-CHJ, N7LQ, N109CW, VH-XNB, VH-NBX, EI-MCP, M-SSNB, UR-SSNB, UR-SSB, RA-01702, N876VJ … but still airworthy. Returned to Italy few days ago as N876VJ and showed up at Eurotech facility in Caiolo (SO) to perform some dedicated maintence activity. Thanks to Emanuele GHIROLDI for the picture of the Agusta A109C N876VJ showing the current paint scheme of the helicopter.

I-SEIA – Helicopter History

Two images of the long history of this Agusta A109AII, registered I-SEIA in September 1987, were add into the historical database of the website. I-SEIA flew several years with Servizi Elicotteristici Italiani till was sold to Air Mach in 1998 and later to StarFly. The A109 was cancelled from the Italian Register in March 2012 towards Spain as EC-LQG, but, a few years later, returned in Italy again and she is now flying wearing the new registration I-MMLL.

F-GNGR – Helicopter History

The historical section of the website is always growing … today new images were uploaded regarding the Agusta A109K2 F-GNGR … operated in Italy from Freeair, on behalf of HEMS 118 Regione Piemonte, out of Novara Base, during the early months of Year 2001. This helicopter was later returned to Agusta and leased to ATAL Milano, afterwards sold to USA as N109LF. Unfortunately the helicopter suffered a fatal crash, while operating an HEMS flight on behalf of I.H.C. Hospitals, on date 10 Jan 2003 near Salt Lake City, Utah [at that date the A109K2 was wearing N601RX registration].

Another old image scanned from my personal archives. Here we have the Agusta A109C I-CRBN operated by Elilario on behalf of HEMS 118 Regione Piemonte. This helicopters was on duty at Novara Hospital during the month of February 1995. I-CRBN was registered in July 1990 and cancelled during November 1996 as I-CRBM.

I-AGUS – Helicopter History

Thanks to Luciano CARLI for this unique image of the Bell B47J Ranger I-AGUS … operated by Aeronautica G. Agusta in the early ’60s. The helicopter was registered in Italy during the year 1957 and was later sold to France as F-OBPQ.

I-PCLE – Helicopter History

Other new images are now available, as part of the historical area of the website, related to the Agusta A109A I-PCLE operated from Elilario on behalf of Elisoccorso Novara – Regione Piemonte … these images show the helicopter resting at Novara Ospedale Maggiore Helipad in July 1994 and August 1995. I-PCLE was the first Elilario’s Agusta A109A that was registered in April 1980 and flew continously until July 2005, when was cancelled towards Equatorial Guinea as 3C-EGS.

I-AGWH – Helicopter History

Other new images are now available, as part of the historical area of the website, related to the EH Industries [Agusta] EH101-510 I-AGWH … Operated from Agusta Elicotteri as first test/demo airframe for the civil variant of the large three-engined helicopter from year 1998 till the helicopter was transferred to Westland facility and registered in the UK as G-17-510. These images were pictured during a visit in Milan Malpensa in April 2004.

I-MFMM – Helicopter History

Some new images are now available, as part of the historical area of the website, related to the Agusta A109C I-MFMM operated in Italy, on behalf of Fainofarma, from February 2005. After three years in the Italian Register the helicopter was cancelled towards Ukraine as UR-ACCV, in August 2008. This A109C was originally delivered from the factory to Monacair in 1989 as 3A-MOR.
