Air Zermatt employs 75 people, with a fleet of 10 helicopters across three bases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bruno Bagnoud, Air-Glaciers Founder, will serve the new company as Honorary President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dgualdo.it\/wpmain\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/zerm-1-600x402.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5748\" width=\"600\" height=\"402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dgualdo.it\/wpmain\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/zerm-1-600x402.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.dgualdo.it\/wpmain\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/zerm-1-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dgualdo.it\/wpmain\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/zerm-1.jpg 606w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both companies will still have their own board of directors and a CEO, and the regional anchoring of Air-Glaciers in Lower Valais and Air Zermatt in Upper Valais will remain as it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a joint press release the companies said: \u201cThis merging is definitely the right way forward. \u201cBut even after the merger, there will always be two companies, two brands and two strong names. We will try to go a little bit together, but still remain distinctive and independent in the future.
