SKY Helicopters, Robinson\u2019s longtime dealer in Garland, Texas will take delivery of three of the four aircraft. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The R66 and the R44 Raven II, displayed in the main hall (booth 8743), are optimally equipped with impact resistant windshields, cockpit cabin cameras, Garmin avionics, Genesys HeliSAS autopilots, and Robinson\u2019s latest options, a long step and cyclic guard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The R66 ENG (electric news gathering), to be displayed in the static hall, will be SKY\u2019s sixteenth Robinson Newscopter. According to Ken Pyatt, SKY\u2019s president, their Newscopters fly daily in major cities across the U.S. with plans to add two more markets in the next twelve months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The R44 Cadet will be delivered to the University of North Dakota (UND) Aerospace. This is UND\u2019s sixth Cadet since its first acquisition in 2016. \u201cThe Cadet has proven to be an outstanding trainer. The continued innovation of the R44, including Garmin\u2019s G500H 1060TXi, Robinson\u2019s cockpit camera and engine monitoring unit will allow us to instruct the next generation of helicopter pilots using the latest tools and technologies,\u201d said Wes Van DeIl, UND\u2019s Chief Flight Instructor-Helicopter.
