Today the first Agusta A109N Nexus helicopter, serial number 22537, was register in USA as N490YJ.
The helicopter was previously operated from Guardia di Finanza as MM81705 / GF-316.
All the Italian fleet of A109N Nexus helicopters operated by Carabinieri and Guardia di Finanza will be phased out very soon. Having the helicopters still airworthy and operational in other roles and countries will be very positive.
